While your office may produce many documents every day, each individual worker may only produce a few of those documents. Some offices choose to install an individual printer at every workstation. Shared printers are available with both wired and wireless technology. While wireless technology may be more convenient, it is often slower and less secure. If your group is already connected through an intranet, adding the wired printer may be the best choice.
You will find that there are several of the larger shared printers from which to choose. Be sure to look for the features that are most useful to persons in your workgroup.
